Before Eartho, there was SLV.

Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Associates. A Bengaluru name in land for a quarter of a century.

It began twenty-five years ago.

R. Adhikesavulu Naidu built it the slow way. One plot, one family, one handshake at a time.

Every title clean. Every document in order. Every word kept.

That is the inheritance. Not land alone, but land you never have to worry about.

Then, a new name.

Eartho carries that trust forward, with a designer’s eye and a landscape-first way of building.

Over 100 acres of plotted development and about 400 apartments across south Bengaluru. His strength is bringing land together and making every title clean.

An architect with a master’s in urban design from Milan. He pilots every Eartho project, and his studio designs each one in-house.
